This Privacy Policy applies to the following iOS apps published by Debug Till Done LLC:

• FitnUS Goals
• See Me (at night)
• Easy Elevation Tracker

What data each app accesses

FitnUS Goals

Apple Health (HealthKit)

FitnUS Goals requests read access to workout activity data (type, duration, and date) to calculate your progress toward monthly goals. This access is granted through iOS's HealthKit permission system. You are prompted to approve or deny access when you first open the app, and you can change these permissions at any time in iOS Settings → Health → Data Access & Devices.

iCloud (CloudKit)

FitnUS Goals offers an optional sharing feature that lets you view another person's goal progress alongside your own. If you use this feature:

• Your workout and goal data is stored in your own iCloud account's private CloudKit zone. There is no shared database — each participant's data originates in and is owned by their own iCloud account.
• When you invite someone to view your progress, they are granted read-only access to your zone. The app downloads a local copy of your records to their device so it can display your data alongside theirs. They cannot modify your data.
• When a share ends (either party revokes it), the shared records are removed from the other person's device.
• Debug Till Done LLC has no access to your iCloud data at any point. All data transfer occurs directly between participants via Apple's CloudKit infrastructure and is governed by Apple's Privacy Policy.

If you do not use the sharing feature, no data is written to iCloud.

See Me (at night)

Camera permission (torch/flashlight only)

See Me (at night) requests camera permission solely to access your device's hardware flashlight (torch). iOS routes torch access through the camera permission system. The app does not capture, record, process, or store any images or video at any time. If you deny camera permission, the flashlight feature will not be available.

All app settings are stored locally on your device using iOS's standard UserDefaults system and are never transmitted anywhere.

Easy Elevation Tracker

Location (GPS)

Easy Elevation Tracker requests access to your device's GPS to record altitude and track elevation changes during outdoor activities. The app requests "Always" location access so that recording continues reliably while the app runs in the background — for example, when your phone is in your pocket during a hike. Only altitude and timestamps are recorded; your geographic coordinates are never stored.

Location is only recorded when you have an active tracking session running. When a session is active and the app is in the background, iOS shows a blue location indicator in the status bar.

All recorded data is stored locally on your device and is never transmitted to any external server or third party.

You can revoke location access at any time in iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Location Services → Easy Elevation Tracker.

How your data is used

Data accessed by each app is used solely to provide that app's core functionality. All processing occurs on your device. No data is transmitted to Debug Till Done LLC or any external server.

Data we do not collect

None of the three apps collect, store, or transmit:

• Your name, email address, or any account information
• Device identifiers or advertising identifiers
• Crash reports or usage analytics
• Any data beyond what is displayed within the app

The apps have no backend servers and no user accounts. No data of any kind is sent to Debug Till Done LLC.

Third-party sharing

We do not sell, share, rent, or otherwise disclose your data to any third party. None of the apps include third-party analytics SDKs, advertising SDKs, or tracking libraries.

Data retention and deletion

Because all data remains on your device or in your personal iCloud account (FitnUS Goals only), you retain full control at all times.

To remove all app data, delete the app from your device. This removes all locally stored data.

For FitnUS Goals iCloud data: iOS Settings → [Your Name] → iCloud → Manage Account Storage → FitnUS Goals → Delete Data.

To revoke HealthKit access: iOS Settings → Health → Data Access & Devices → FitnUS Goals.

To revoke location access: iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Location Services → Easy Elevation Tracker.

Children's privacy

None of the apps knowingly collect personal information from anyone, including children under the age of 13. Because no personal data is collected at all, the apps are appropriate for general audiences.

California residents

Because our apps do not collect, sell, or share personal information, there is no personal information subject to the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA). California residents have no additional actions to take.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted at this URL with a revised effective date. Continued use of the apps after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
